How do I order NCV Testing?
Simply contact our offices at (800)-998-9777 to speak with a Premier Medical Group representative.  We will guide you through the process of ordering our effective on-site diagnostics.  Once approved, you will receive a password allowing you to simply fill out the available downloadable forms here, and fax or e-mail them to our offices.  We will then schedule an appointment between your office and our experienced technologist.

How soon are tests conducted following approval?
In most cases, testing can be completed within 24 hours of receipt of paperwork.  Contact our sales staff today to make an appointment with one of our technicians.

How quickly are test results received?
Generally results are received within 3-5 business days.

Do Stark regulations apply to our NCV services?
As you are only leasing the equipment and technicians within your own facility, and not referring to an external agency in which you have a vested interest. Stark regulations do not apply to our testing services.  Please check with your legal council to ensure compliance.

Are your services billable through insurance?
Provided you are present during testing, there are no restrictions on how you bill the services.  Diagnostic testing is covered through most insurance carriers and compensation organizations.  As well, in most cases, the services will not count against the insurance company’s specialty payment cap.  Our knowledgeable staff is always willing to help you assess your patient’s coverage prior to testing to ensure proper benefits are present.

How frequently should we utilize the testing?
It is recommended that you schedule recurring sessions with our technicians.  We can setup standing appointments on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.  As well, our services are available for one-time service needs, depending on you and your patient’s requirements
